O.D.T activity (organization development training / outdoor training) is a method of group guidance , aimed to facilitate a process of organizational development according to the clients goals. The activity takes place within a special environment that allows the organization to interact outside its every day routine. The seminar challenges the participants to function under different circumstances in order to develop personal and team skills, relevant for today's business world: leadership, team work, work under pressure, creative thinking, time management and more…
The seminars are filled with different experiences comprised of different missions and activities, both personal and team efforts in accordance with the organizations needs.
The importance of O.D.T the seminars allow quality and efficient organization dynamics , the change of atmosphere assists in gaining quick results, breaks tensions and allows more open communication .
The results of O.D.T are the basis for continued team work within the organization. The seminars are guided by a certified OD counselor whom assists in processing and producing results.

Each seminar is built according to the specific needs of the organization. Before the seminar a preliminary meeting is organized to help focus the aims and goals of the seminar.
It is also possible to arrange INDOOR seminars, which mix theoretical lectures and team building exercises.
Who are we?
The Tactical Training College (TTC) is a part of the Paintball Israel group, founded in 1998. The TTC is situated in Kfar saba within the Beit Berel college complex. The TTC specializes in qualifications and training for Israel's defense forces and business organizations. An integral part of the training is focused on organization development including OD and training seminars. The OD process is guided by Mrs. Eti Blue, the owner of Eshcolot center- center for OD.
